A project about promoting the right way to eat to relieve stress. In this case, 
the right way is by incorporating healthy ingredients in your meals. 
1. STRESS—FULL EATING RECIPE BOOK
This publication is a designed guide book that contains healthy recipes for people who resort to binge eating when they are stressed. These recipes are inspired by the 10 stress busting ingredients. The book not only has recipes but thoroughly explains the context of it and beneficial information for stressful people. Rather than encouraging people to eat less, this recipe book encourages you to even more. By eating more, it is in terms of nutritional value and hearty meals rather than the quantitative value.
2. STRESS—FULL MENU
This menu is made for people who are stressed and comprises of the food you would get from my recipe book. This menu restructures how people are supposed to order food by offering a solution to stressed out people to order by ingredients. It is divided it into 4 different sections which were appetisers, main course, desserts and drinks. Rather than the conventional menu which has the lists of food and price on its side, this menu shows the number of ‘power’ ingredients beside each item. These ‘power’ ingredient are based off the 10 ingredient that are supposed to help you relieve stress internally by incorporating them into your food. So depending on how stress and explorative you feel, you can choose items that have a different range of these ingredients. This is a good way to expose people to try these recipes that are good for you and acknowledging the presence of these ‘power’ ingredients.
